Since there is a week monitoring system and absence of systematic documentation of HR violations among vulnerable groups in Macedonia, the unique questionnaire for documentation of human rights violations will be developed and distributed among different organizations on a national level, and all the data will be gathered in one electronic database. The goal of the project is to develop sustainable and continuous documentation on HR violations and documentation-based annual reports which will be used as an effective tool for advocating for the rights of the named groups.

The mentioned process will be also used to initiate a broader coalition among harm reduction, LGBT, human rights and women organizations which will work on promotion and protection of sexual and health rights of vulnerable/marginalized populations.
